Pasig Islet: An Honest Take

I haven't heard of any extraordinary islet for over years near Davao City not until I've seen the photos from a friend and a friend's friend about this  Passig Islet in Brgy. Bato, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur. Curiosity shaken us to visit the place and see for ourselves the beauty of this islet.
Path walk leading to boat station
Dropping at Brgy. Bato gym from an ordinary bus (Php80.00 from Ecoland Bus Terminal), you'll get to walk not so far from the highway and pass this man-made pathwalk surrounded with huge, green mangroves shading the way reaching the pump-boat station.

A fare of Php160.00  "pakyawan-basis"  back and forth to the islet and to Brgy. Bato. For an ordinary passenger, you may opt to pay Php20.00 boat fare and wait for it to get loaded. Entrance fee is worth Php15.00 each individual.

The place is very quiet. Perfect for family gatherings and reunions. It doesn't have electricity but can be negotiated if booked early.

Simple and sophisticated entrance of Passig

We admit we've been sneaking away when we can...But, we don't seem to be able to escape the heat. But indeed, we enjoyed our 5-hour stay in it:)

Cottages ranges from Php 100.00 - 500.00
